Retta Longsine
Occupational Therapy Assistant

Retta has always had a passion for children. She has 7 children of her own, and has taught in a small home school co-op, helped in a friend’s daycare, and served as a nanny to several families. Retta graduated from Lake Washington Institute of Technology in 2018 with her Occupational Therapy Assistant degree. She enjoys motivating children to learn and grow in their development in fun, engaging ways and assisting families in navigating the goals they have to enrich their family system.
Outside of work, she spends as much time as possible doing her#1 favorite thing: dancing the West Coast Swing. She also enjoy playing piano, crafting, home decorating, and tennis. Additionally, Retta volunteers at a local women’s shelter teaching a cardio dance class. She loves seeing the enrichment, greater quality of life, and joy that this fitness avenue gives to women experiencing homelessness.
