About Speech Language Pathologists
Speech Pathologists help children develop and improve language, communication, cognitive processing, and social skills. Our therapists evaluate and treat children of all ages with disorders ranging from mild developmental delays to severe communication delays and syndromes.
Treatment takes place either in the clinic or via telehealth, and may involve augmentative technology or be facilitated with the use of sensory equipment. Speech therapy sessions incorporate play and motivating activities with the goal of functional use of communication skills in the child’s everyday environments as they progress and reach their speech goals.
Multilingual Speech Therapy Services
Speech-language intervention is available in English, Japanese, and Spanish at Bothell Pediatric & Hand Therapy. Our speech therapists perform language intervention for a variety of communication disorders including early intervention (late talking, functional communication), articulation, stuttering, and social skills.
If you would like more information on Japanese speech-language help, please contact us at (425) 481-1933 or e-mail Danny Miller directly at DannyM@bpht.com. For Spanish speech-language therapy, email office@bpht.com.
