Cost: $585. This is a self-pay class, not covered by insurance. It may be payable with your HSA or FSA card (check with your insurance plan for details). Group size is limited to 5 children.<
DETAILS:
Who can benefit from the Friendship Group? Children who:
– have a hard time making or keeping friends
– struggle with two-way communication
– lack self-confidence in social situations
– have regressed in their skills during the pandemic
– would like to experience positive connections with other children.
Through interactive & fun activities using the Superflex program as a guide, children in this small group will learn and practice:
flexibility and patience
conversation skills
cooperative play
emotional vocabulary
identifying and expressing their own needs
effective self-regulation techniques
