Heidi Kolonko
Occupational & Hand Therapist
Heidi was born and raised in Wisconsin. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science at The University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, which led her to become a certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine. She went on to earn her Masters of Occupational Therapy from The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.
Heidi loves how versatile occupational therapy is and the endless opportunities it provides to help patients maintain and improve function in their daily activities for many years to come. She became an OT out of a desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives.
As part of the BPHT team, Heidi brings positive energy and a passion for providing high quality care to each patient.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, weightlifting, exploring nature, trying new restaurants, and watching sports.
