Emily Chambers
Speech-Language Pathologist
Emily was born in Ireland and moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2005. She attended the University of Washington for her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences and Communication Disorders. She also minored in Education, Learning, and Society. Emily continued her education at the University of Essex in the United Kingdom where she earned a Master’s of Science degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
She decided to become a Speech Therapist because she believes that communication is a necessity for everyone! She enjoys building relationships with parents and families, and creating therapy that is meaningful, empowering, and fun. Emily brings a unique perspective, passion, and positive attitude to the BPHT team.
In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as running, skiing, reading, and baking. She also loves exploring new coffee shops.
